《关联经济》第三章关联经济原理

　　导读

　　为什么提出关联经济这样一个概念？中外经济学家对经济进行了广泛而深入的论证，经济学说与流派纷繁复杂；但是，作为经济科学中的一门新学科，区域经济在不同的时间空间里形态万千，变幻莫测，人们如何简洁准确地洞察区域经济的趋势？

　　关联理论由要素论、系统论和统筹论构成。

　　要素论：发现弱势要素转向优势要素的视角；

　　系统论：从系统论的观点透视与分析关联经济；

　　统筹论：以统筹协调的视角驾驭关联经济。

　　中国－东盟自由贸易区的崛起将意味着与欧盟、北美三足鼎立；全球经济不再单单依赖美国这台“发动机”；“10＋1”激活的东亚关联经济体其影响力最终可能与欧盟或北美旗鼓相当；亚洲经济现象隐含的意义就是：市场话语权的变化标志着发展中国家为主体的区域经济力量正在崛起，这就是关联理论最根本的依据。

　　第三章详细描述了"关联经济原理、关联经济特征、关联经济依据、关联经济规则及关联经济理念"的基本体系。

　　Chapter 3 ： The Theory of Relating Economy

　　Introduction:

　　Why is the concept of relating economy put forward? Economists at home and abroad have discussed widely and profoundly about economy，creating various economic theories and schools. Nevertheless，as a new subject in economic science，regional economy takes on different faces in different time and space. Facing instant changing features of regional economy，how can people correctly trace the trend of regional economy in a simple way?

　　The Relating Theory consists of element theory，systematic theory and unitary theory，all three of which is connected with relating economy theory and relating law. In element theory the changing angle of view from disadvantageous elements to advantageous elements is emphasized；in systematic theory ways of approaching and analyzing relating economy from the perspective of systematic theory is suggested；and in unitary theory working on relating economy by methods of overall planning and coordination is advocated.

　　The rise of CAFTA implies the formation of three competitive economies：CAFTA，EU and NAFTA. Namely the U. S can no longer be the only operator of global economy，and the relating economic body of East Asia activated by the model of 10+1 might be as influential as that of EU or NAFTA. The economic phenomena of Asia symbolizes that the changing of market discourse marks the economic forces of developing countries are growing up，which is rightly the essentials of the Relating Theory.

　　Chapter three gives a detailed description about the basic system of relating economy theory，the characters of relating economy，the base of relating economy，the rules of relating economy and the concepts of relating economy.
